Focuses on your specific health concerns and goals for wellness. At the end of the consultation you will receive a tailored health plan which will include diet, lifestyle, herb and breathing/ yoga exercises. Once you have booked your initial consultation you will receive an email with two forms that need to be filled out and returned 48 hours prior to your appointment. We recommend you book a follow up appointment after approximately 4 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
