At the end of the consultation you will receive a tailored health plan which will include diet, lifestyle, herb and breathing/ yoga exercises. Once you have booked your initial consultation you will receive some forms that need to be filled out and returned prior to your appointment. We recommend you book a follow up appointment after 4 - 6 weeks.
